Cayson Wilkins is a 2025 1B/RHP with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Longview, TX who attends Spring Hill. Working out of a tall slender frame, Wilkins has plenty of room to add strength to his build. Defensively at 1st base, he displayed plus range and produced high effort throws across the diamond. At the plate, Wilkins operated out of a slightly open stance, showing loose hands and a solid bat path to get out in front of the ball. By adding some smoother transitions and improved weight shift, Wilkins can be a solid plate presence in the future. On the mound, he threw out of a high 3/4 arm slot and demonstrated good arm side run to his fastball. Honing in his command will yield more out production.
