Will Bowen is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Redwood City, CA who attends Junipero Serra. Compact frame with a slender build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.77 second 60-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary outfielder. Quick and active feet when closing to the ball. Fields out front into a quick transfer. Longer arm action in the back into a crow hop release. Has some carry to the infield topping out at 76 miles per hour. Lefthanded hitter with a narrow and upright stance. Sets up with a high hand set and high back elbow. Utilizes a high leg lift trigger for timing. Short swing on a linear path through the zone. Works to the pull side with a contact oriented approach. Good student as well.
