Julian Garcia is a 2023 3B/RHP, OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Margate, FL who attends J. P. Taravella. Large frame with athletic, strong build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.48 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, simple swing with fluid hands, clean path with bat speed and turn, driving the pull gap with intent, balanced and repeatable, good look. Worked out in the infield, sits back with deeper funnel, shows actions, can sling it, clocked up to 86 mph on throws. Also pitched, compact arm stroke through the back, extends well, fastball worked 73-77 mph and touched 80. Good strike-thrower. Good student.
