Kochka ahs a long slender frame, pitches using a high 3/4 arm slot, good arm action, good arm speed, has some effort in delivery, clean mechanics, good direction towards plate, good demeanor, consistent in zone, fastball has good life and sink, good feel for change up, solid arm action on change, developing CB will be a solid addition to his repertoire.
