Kurt Okita is a 2010 2B/P/3B with a 5'9'', 147 lb. frame from Honolulu, HI who attends Mid Pacific Institue. Thin frame. High 3/4 arm slot, coiled wind up, hides ball well, good mechanics, out front release point, fluid clean arm action, direct to plate. Upright narrow stance at plate, toe tap trigger, shows bat speed. Fast twitch and active on infield, quick to ball, hands work, good to backhand, ball comes out of hand well, online and accurate throws to base with carry. Good student.
