Niko Sango is a 2026 1B/LHP, OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Fort Lee, NJ who attends Bergen Catholic. Young athlete with medium current frame and plenty of room to add strength and a lot of time to mature. Primary position 1B, showing solid footwork and understanding for working around the bag. Tends to get glove down a bit late but presents it nicely out front with emerging overall flow and softness in the fingers. Gets himself inline correctly on throws with a full arm path and fairly accurate. Generated throws up to 62 mph across the diamond. RHH starting with an even base and a lower handset tight to the body. Uses small, toe-tap leg lift to create timing and energy before accelerating the bat head to the ball. Pull oriented approach and uses hands aggressively to generate bat speed. A lot of time to refine skill set and add physicality. Outstanding student as well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
