2022 PG Softball Oklahoma City Scouting Combine
Addison Martin is a 2026 2B/RHP from Edmond OK who will attend Crossings HS. She is a strong academic athlete as well maintaining a 4.0 GPA in the class room. On the mound she utilizes a fastball, change-up, curveball, screwball and rise. She showed good mechanics on all of her pitchers. Her change up is a great differential of speed and hits her spot well with this pitch, will get a lot of swing and misses. Other pitch that she showcased well was her curveball that maintained tight spin and good late break. As she builds consistency with all her ptiches she is going to be a great asset to a pitching staff as she gets older. Offensively, Addison takes an aggressive hack. Utilizing a leg kick to help generate power with her lower half. As she develops and becomes consistent with her timing, she is going to see power numbers increase. Overall when she gets on plane with the ball, does a good job making solid contact. This young athlete has a lot of upside and as she develops will continue to become better. Excited to watch how she progresses.
