Dillon Adkins is a 2025 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Leonardtown, MD who attends Baylor. Medium build with good present strength. 7.13 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, throws have good carry and one-hop accuracy, works through the ball athletically, fields to the side with confident glove work. Also plays first base and has lots of athleticism for that position. Left handed hitter, has a short well controlled stride into contact, uses his lower half well to generate bat speed, impacts the ball hard, very good extension through contact, consistent hard barrel contact both in batting practice and the games, high level hitting skills and tools. Good student, verbal commitment to Tennessee.
