Christopher Chatfield is a 2015 OF with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Riverview, FL who attends Spoto HS. Long loose athletic build, has gained notable size and strength in the past year, still very projectable. Left handed hitter, good shift into contact, long and very fluid swing, very loose with plus bat speed, big power projection, outstanding extension through contact, still not consistent with his path but getting there, quality approach in games, sees the ball and recognizes pitches, high ceiling offensive potential. 6.94 runner, easy gliding actions in the outfield, accurate on line throws with projectable arm strength. Easy player to dream on for scouts. Excellent student, verbal commitment to South Florida. Selected for the Perfect Game All-American Classic.
